Helpful and excellant staff as one would expect. The positives include magnificent and stunning location and parking on-site. There's cool Mainely Lobster Cafe relatively near the hotel, make desserts etc.

Its location is incredible & beautiful, next to the big, beautiful, pristine beach, the center of town, and local attractions.

My room included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. Bathtubs in the big bathroom was super awesome. The location of this hotel was perfect and magnificent.

Beachfront location, good base for discovering Old Orchard Beach. Located in 25 minutes' drive to the airport. Reasonably large & beautifully maintained rooms with the bathroom, a beautiful view and a kitchenette.

My 4-night stay at Sandpiper Beachfront Motel was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and top-notch. The room was cozy and well-equipped with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. The motel's beachfront location was perfect for accessing the downtown area.

We had a standard queen room, which was big and impressive. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a miniature golf course. The staff was very amiable and top-class.

Pro: From the moment we arrived at Sandpiper, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. Despite us arriving early, the person who checked us in was incredibly warm and accommodating. What impressed us the most was how they treated our children. The owners understood that they were kids, so when they were running around, they didn't scold them but instead offered them seashells. It was heartwarming to see how they were genuinely concerned about our children's happiness. The location of the motel is ideal, right on the beach and within walking distance to town. The view from our balcony was simply perfect. The staff was attentive and even provided a hose to wash off the sand, which was a lifesaver with kids around. We had a fantastic experience at Sandpiper Beachfront Motel.

I stayed for 4 nights here and had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and top-class and took care of me. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Ne're Beach Campground was perfect and magnificent.
